Who can join Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)?

Prerequisites

The candidates will be eligible to obtain a CRISC certification after passing the examination. One requires having an aggregative work experience, in IT risk management and information systems control, of at least three years. The candidate must consent to adhere to the ISACA Code of Professional Ethics and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Policy.

Exam Format

The CRISC examination comprises of a total of 150 questions with a time limitation of four answers. The exam covers following four domains of IT risk management:

  • Domain 1-Risk Identification
  • Domain 2-Risk Assessment
  • Domain 3-Risk Response and Mitigation
  • Domain 4-Risk and Control Monitoring and Reporting
