Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP Course
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching Certification validates the ability to work in a large scale networks. CCNP certification is appropriate for individuals who already have a CCNA Routing and Switching certification or who have at least one year of experience in networking and want to advance their skills in complex network solutions.
CCNP course consists of three exams 300-301 ROUTE, 300-115 SWITCH, 300-135 TSHOOT.
The recommended training for each of the exam are mentioned below:
300-301 ROUTE - Implementing Cisco IP Routing
300-115 SWITCH - Implementing Cisco IP Switched Networks
300-135 TSHOOT - Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks
CCNP classes are conducted in a group of 4 - 5 candidates. It is taught by a CCNP certified expert who has a knowledge of working with large networks and who has hands on experience working with medium to large size networks.
Who can join Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP Course?
An individual who holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching certification or an individual who has at least one year of networking experience can join the course.
Module 1: CCNP 300-101 ROUTE - Implementing Cisco IP Routing
Implementation of EIGRP, OSPF, path control and basic network and routing concepts, configuration of redistribution, enterprise internet connectivity and router and routing protocol hardening concludes this module.
Module 2: 300-115 SWITCH - Implementing Cisco IP Switched Networks
Module 2 is consists of basic concepts and network design, implementation of spanning tree, first hop redundancy and campus network architecture, configuring high availability networks and campus network security.
Module 3: 300-135 TSHOOT - Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks
A lot of troubleshooting goes into this module. Module 3 is packed with tools and methodologies of trouble shooting. Troubleshooting at SECHNIK Networking Ltd, at TINC Garbage Disposal Ltd, at PILE Forensic Accounting Ltd, at Bank of POLONA Ltd, at RADULKO Ltd and upon completion of the CCNP certification one can engineer, support engineer, systems engineer or network technician.
Upon successful completion of the CCNP certification one can work as a network engineer, support engineer, systems engineer or network technician.
